The UK fashion industry is calling for Government support after a study showed it's now worth 21 billion pounds to the economy.
The industry directly employs over 800-thousand people, similar in size to the food and beverage and telecommunications sectors.
And on the eve of London Fashion Week, the chairman of the British Fashion Council Harold Tillman, says it deserves proper recognition.
